Different methods of conservation of food products


I am very satisfied with this Erasmus+mobility. I performed staff mobility for teaching assignments. During this period, I taught 8 hours of courses on different methods of conservation of food products (drying, concentration, pasteurization, sterilization, etc.) and also had training assignments, like handling of microwave equipment in the laboratory and training study on pasteurization and microwave drying work on a plan of experiment to optimize the processes of food drying. The main objective of this teaching mobility was to acquire new methods to carry out an experimental plan, transmit knowledge & scientific expertise and promote interculturality through teaching.
